What happens each week?


Every Sunday Yoga Ritual class follows a gentle, intentional arc:

Opening (5 min) — A brief settling practice to help you arrive fully. Leave the week behind and drop into your body.

Gentle Movement & Breathwork (30 min) — Slow, therapeutic yoga postures paired with breath cues to activate your parasympathetic nervous system. Modifications offered throughout.

Restorative Savasana (10 min) — A deeply restful final pose that allows everything to integrate. This is where the real magic happens.

You'll leave with a specific tool — a breath technique, a posture, a grounding practice — that you can use whenever you need it during the week.
