Individual Yoga Therapy

Step 1: Connect

Start with a brief 5-question form. I personally review then send a link to schedule your free 20-minute Discovery Call.

Step 2: Welcome Package

Start with a 4-session journey that includes a 75-minute initial consultation and (3) 50-minute follow-up sessions.

Step 3: Ongoing Support

Once your foundation is set, you have tools to self-regulate. We'll transition to as-needed follow-up sessions or bi-monthly sessions (spaced limited)

Yoga Therapy blends ancient wisdom and scientifically proven techniques to get to the root of your suffering.

Yoga connects the body, heart and mind, while other therapeutic models have a single focus, yoga therapy attunes to your overall wholeness.

That means we'll go beyond just talking and symptom abatement to feeling and healing. Using mindfulness and safe embodiment to understand, unwind, and resolve persistent pain, anxiety and burnout.

Yoga Therapy is a co-created experience that unfolds uniquely based on each individual's needs and goals.

50-minute sessions often include centering, dialogue, and a guided or mindfulness practice.

Mandy offers virtual sessions.

Each individual’s experience is different, many clients find they develop a workable wellness plan after 6-12 consecutive sessions with Mandy. These initial sessions provide strategies to align you with your well-being goals and a foundation for ongoing guidance. Some clients prefer working with Mandy long term or indefinitely, at varied paces, benefiting from her guidance as they progress on their wellness and life journey.

  • Welcome Package (4 sessions): $549

  • Follow-up Sessions thereafter: $135

  • Student (14-24): $95

  • Veterans: 10% discount on packages and follow-up sessions

Yoga Therapy is not currently recognized as a service covered by health insurance and is therefore a cash pay service.

I'm dedicated to making Yoga accessible and make every effort to offer services at affordable rates. If you are unable to make a commitment due to financial restrictions, please reach out directly to inquire about sliding scale, scholarship and pro bono options. Spaces limited.

After trauma and burnout, I healed my chronic pain and anxiety with yoga at home, now I help other sensitive souls find safety + nervous system healing with private yoga therapy.
